Exciting Opportunity to Take the Leadership of a Thriving and Dynamic Asylum Seeker and Refugee Charity in Bristol
The post of Director of Bristol Refugee Rights will be available from January 2014. The successful applicant will have a track record of commitment to work in solidarity with asylum seekers and refugees, sound management, leadership and communication skills, the ability to think flexibly, creatively and strategically, and a total commitment to empowerment of asylum seekers and refugees and the consultative processes necessary to achieve this. They will be fluent in matters of asylum policy and practice in UK. The post-holder will lead and support a team of 8 part-time staff coordinating a range of projects under the umbrella of a vibrant and busy drop-in day centre.
The post-holder will also have sound experience in developing communications, campaigns and fund-raising activity โ in order to maintain a strong public profile for BRRโs work and ensure its sustainability.

Annual Salary: NJC Scale PO1/PO3 (pro rata to full time salary in the range ยฃ27,849 โ ยฃ34,549 for 30 hours per week)
