On Human Rights Day 2019, people gathered in City Hall to discuss climate change; both its impact on our city and on migration. This conference brought together people of different backgrounds and ages to hear from speakers with expert knowledge on the subject, coming from both research and lived experience.

The organisers have also put together a video to showcase some of the highlights of the conference. You can view some of the highlights of the conference in the video below, and also read a report on the day and what was learnt from it. Bristol City of Sanctuary were very proud to support such a diverse conference, and we are hoping to continue this discussion throughout the year, so keep an eye out for events in the coming months.
