Bristol City of Sanctuary supports Refugees Welcome Here

On September 19th in New York there will be a UN Summit on Refugees and Migrants. This march gives us the chance to stand in solidarity with sanctuary seekers, raise our voices and make it known that we want Britain to do more. Bristol City of Sanctuary are joining the national network in supporting the march and are organising coaches from the city.

There are several types of tickets available:

Waged/able to pay – £15 (+£1.52 to cover Eventbrite fee)

Asylum seekers/refugees – FREE

If you would like to book tickets please visit the Eventbrite page.

If you are unable to attend but would like to donate towards refugees and asylum seekers attending the march, then please email [email protected]. Any surplus raised from this will go towards the Bristol City of Sanctuary Transport Fund.

The pickup point will be from Malcolm X Centre in St Pauls. Please be at the pickup point by 8:30am so that the coach can depart on time. The coach will aim to be arriving back in Bristol by 8pm.
